Why work here

We are a managed services provider in Rockville serving organizations across DC, Maryland, Virginia, and parts of Delaware. We have been doing this since 2009.

What that means day to day: you will own accounts rather than close tickets from a queue you never see the end of. You will talk to clients directly. You will see the result of your work, because the same people are still there next quarter.

We are deliberately not a large provider, and that cuts both ways. There is less structure than at a big shop and more room to shape how things are done. If you want a clear ladder and a large team around you, we are honest that this is not that. If you want scope and the ability to change how something works by saying so, it is.

What we care about. Answering. A lot of our clients came to us from providers who stopped responding, and our commitments are public and specific because of it. If you take "I will get back to you today" seriously, you will fit here.

How we work. Remote-first with onsite where it is needed. U.S. and international staff. Named ownership of accounts rather than anonymous queues.

Helpdesk Support Technician

First line for phone, email, and chat support. Initial troubleshooting, ticket ownership, and escalation to senior engineering. You will work with AI tooling as part of the job, not as an experiment. Good fit for someone with one to three years of support experience who wants to learn from senior engineers rather than be left alone with a queue.

How hiring works here

  1. A short conversation, twenty to thirty minutes, so we both work out whether this is worth more of your time.

  2. A technical conversation, practical, about work you have actually done. No whiteboard puzzles.

  3. A conversation with the principal.

  4. A decision, with a real answer either way. If it is no, we will tell you, and we will tell you promptly.

Questions we get asked

Have a question about a role? Email us with the job title so we can answer it.

Is this remote?

Mostly. Some roles need to be within driving distance of the DMV for onsite work. The posting will say.

Do you hire internationally?

Yes. Part of our team is outside the U.S.

I am early in my career. Should I apply?

For the helpdesk role, yes. We would rather hire someone curious and teachable than someone with the exact tool list.
