What these terms cover

This page governs your use of www.emteksolutions.net. It does not govern the managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, or advisory services EMTEK Solutions, LLC provides. Those are governed by the master services agreement, statement of work, and any related schedules signed between us. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it, and share links to it. You may not:

• Scan, probe, or test the site or its infrastructure without our written permission
• Attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not published
• Scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else
• Use it to send anything unlawful, misleading, or malicious
• Copy its content and publish it as your own

If you are a security researcher and you find something, we would rather hear about it than not. Email info@emteksolutions.net and we will respond.

Our content

The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to EMTEK Solutions, LLC or to whoever licensed them to us. The EMTEK name and logo are ours. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

What the site is not

Everything published here is general information about services we offer. It is not technical, legal, or compliance advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it as though it were. Descriptions of services, coverage, and response targets on this site are a summary. What you are actually entitled to is whatever your signed agreement says.

Any illustrative example on this site is labeled as one. It describes a scenario, not a client, and no past result is implied by it.

Forms and submissions

Sending us a form does not create a client relationship, and it does not put us under an obligation to act. Do not send confidential information through a web form. If something is urgent and you are an existing client, call (888) 816-8119 instead. What we do with what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and correct. We do not promise it will always be available or always current, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. Response targets and service descriptions can change; the version in your agreement is the one that binds us.

Links to other sites

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, EMTEK Solutions, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This clause is about the website. It does not limit anything agreed in a signed services agreement, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
