Cybersecurity
Layered defense, run every day, with the evidence to prove it is working.

What this fixes
Almost every incident we are called into afterwards traces back to something ordinary. An appliance that was never patched. A password reused from a personal account. A mailbox forwarding rule nobody noticed for five months. An account that belonged to someone who left in the spring.
None of that is exotic, and none of it is a tooling problem. Most organizations we assess already own security products. What they do not have is anyone operating them, reviewing alerts, closing gaps, checking that the backup restores, confirming the person who left actually lost access.
Security sold as a product is a purchase. Security run as a program is a practice. We do the second one, and we do it inside the same team that runs your day-to-day IT, because the gaps usually open at the seam between those two things.
What is included
Compare our plans to see which support, security and compliance services are included in each tier.
Endpoint detection and response
Behavioral monitoring across laptops, desktops, and servers, watched rather than merely installed, with a defined process for what happens when something fires at 2am.
Identity and access management
Multifactor enforced across every system that supports it. Conditional access based on device and location. Privileged accounts separated from daily-use accounts. Quarterly access reviews, documented.
Email security and phishing defense
Advanced filtering, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and enforced, impersonation protection on executive and finance accounts, external-sender warnings, and monitoring for the mailbox rules attackers create to hide themselves.
Network security
Firewall management, intrusion detection, and segmentation so that a compromised device, a guest network, or a building system is not a path to everything else.
Backup and recovery you have actually tested
Immutable, off-site backup with documented test restores on a schedule. An untested backup is a belief, not a control.
Cloud and Microsoft 365 hardening
Tenant configuration to a defined baseline, data loss prevention where it fits, and continuous monitoring for configuration drift.
Security awareness training
Regular, short, and relevant, with simulated phishing, and the results reported as a trend rather than used to embarrass anyone.
Compliance and audit documentation
Control documentation and evidence mapped to what you actually answer to, HIPAA, CMMC and NIST 800-171, PCI, FERPA, or a client's security questionnaire.
Quarterly posture reporting
What changed, what improved, what is still open and why, in language you can hand to a board or a funder without translating it first.
How we start
Look from the outside
The free external risk analysis shows what an attacker can see today, without touching your systems.
Look from the inside
Full environment discovery, assets, accounts, configurations, and where your data actually lives.
Prioritize by real risk
Identity and endpoint first, because that is where the highest-likelihood exposure sits.
Fix on a plan
A 90-day remediation roadmap with costs attached, so you decide the pace.
Operate it
Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and reporting, because none of the above stays true on its own.
Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, ask it in the form. You will get an answer, not a brochure.
Is the free risk analysis really free, and what is the catch?
It is free and there is no catch. It is external only, so we need nothing from you but your domain. You get a written summary whether or not you ever speak to us again. It works as marketing because the findings are usually enough to start a real conversation.
We bought security software already. Do we need you?
Possibly not for the software. What most organizations are missing is someone operating it, reviewing what it reports, closing what it finds, and proving the whole thing works. If you have that, you are in better shape than most.
Can you help with our cyber insurance questionnaire?
Yes. We answer the technical questions from your real configuration, and we tell you where the honest answer is "no." Getting those answers wrong is how claims get denied.
What happens if we are breached?
You call the emergency line and a senior engineer picks up. We contain, preserve what needs preserving, work with your insurer and counsel, and keep a factual record. Then we tell you honestly how it happened, including if the cause was something we should have caught.
Tell us what is going wrong.
You will speak to an engineer who works on cybersecurity, not a sales development rep reading from a script.
